Service scope
The agreed proposal or contract defines the strategy, scripts or talking points, filming guidance, creative direction, editing, deliverables, deadlines, and any production work.
Submitted material
You must own or have permission to use every submitted file, logo, track, image, and piece of footage.
Monthly plans
New monthly-plan clients receive 25% off their first paid month: Starter is $750, Growth is $1,125, and Daily is $1,500. From month two, standard pricing is $1,000, $1,500, and $2,000 per month respectively. Video quantities are maximums and depend on receiving usable footage and following the agreed workflow.
Payments
The plan, scope, start date, and payment method are confirmed before work begins. A paid plan is activated after payment is verified.
Revisions and delivery
Revision limits, delivery dates, cancellation, refunds, and usage rights are stated in the signed agreement or confirmed scope.
Accounts
Users must protect login details and use the platform only for authorized work.
