Each video request should have one primary goal, audience, offer or message, and the source material needed to complete it.
Usable footage matters
Monthly video quantities depend on receiving footage that can reasonably be edited into the agreed format. We provide filming guidance to make this easier.
Monthly plan limits
Starter includes up to 12 videos per month, Growth up to 20, and Daily up to 30. Unused monthly allowance does not automatically mean unlimited rollover unless agreed in writing.
Feedback stays organized
Feedback should be added through the agreed project or task so the latest direction is clear to everyone working on the content.
Deadlines are confirmed
Preferred deadlines are requests until Movectus confirms that the footage, scope, and schedule make the date realistic.
No performance guarantees
Movectus does not guarantee views, followers, virality, leads, or revenue. We are responsible for the agreed content work, not platform outcomes.
Payment before activation
Monthly service begins after the plan, scope, start date, and payment are confirmed.
Rights and permissions
Clients must have the rights needed for submitted footage, music, logos, images, and other assets.
