Account data
Movectus stores information needed to run accounts and projects, including names, email addresses, roles, verification status, project requests, activity, and service status.
Project data
Briefs, links, comments, files, and feedback are used to provide the agreed service. Access is limited by role and assignment.
Service providers
Hosting, email, and payment providers may process information needed to deliver those services. Full payment card details are not stored in the Movectus database when handled by an external payment provider.
Security and retention
Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Data is retained only as long as needed for the service, legal duties, fraud prevention, and security records.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses secure session cookies for login and limited browser storage for functional preferences. Advertising cookies are not used by default.
